This involved mapping out diferernt user journeys involved in the process; from starting a case to registering a post morterm via a mobile device. The process identifies areas of cost reduction and time savings.


With the new app developments came changes. These were articulated in a user friendly training manual that could easily be understood by Vets and other users.

Developed an accepted evidence based strategy to take the product within the nnext 5-10 years.

Developed a product roadmap over the short to medium period.
